Who's Who scam email

Sometimes I get multiple scam emails from the same group, but with small changes that quickly helps me validate the emails really are scams.

A perfect example are the two following Who's Who scam emails.

You should be suspicious when...
--Your email is not in the To: block
--You have no clue as to why you are receiving the email
--Anchor text differs from the actual link location
Key note here, if you look at the links in the emails below, all the links take you to the same web page, even the "remove me from your list" link.
